TAKE NOTICE, Significant Amendment to the FY2023 Annual and Five Year PHA Plan
Disposition of Public Housing Units

The Housing Authority of Gloucester County (HAGC) is amending its FY2023 Annual and Five Year PHA plan. HAGC is applying for the disposition of Public Housing Units, known as NJ204-1 Scattered Site Homes, in accordance with the guidelines of Section 18 of the US Housing Act of 1937, as amended, and any successor notices. Disposition of Public Housing Units is considered a Significant Amendment to the HAGC Annual and Five-Year Plan.
This is the 45-day notice of an opportunity to present public comments regarding this amendment.
The proposed Significant Amendment is available for review here or HAGC Administrative Office.
Comments must be made in writing and presented to HAGC’s Administrative Office 100 Pop Moylan Blvd, Deptford, NJ 08096. Attn. Kimberly Gober, Executive Director, no later than 4:30 pm on July 10, 2023.
A public hearing will be conducted on July 12, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the HAGC Administrative Office, 100 Pop Moylan Blvd, Deptford, NJ 08096.
